Lotus error "Context toolbar not found. Bookmark design needs update [Solved]

Troubleshooting steps 
================
1. Shut down Lotus Notes and kill any process related to lotus from Task Manager [Or use Killnotes app]
2. Find a file called bookmark.nsf. It will be located in one of these folders: 
- C:\lotus\notes\data\ 
- C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes\Data\ 
- C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\ 

Rename bookmark.nsf to bookmark.old. Make sure that you do not rename bookmark.ntf file by mistake 

3. Start Lotus Notes. It will recreate bookmark.nsf file using the template (bookmark.ntf).
